What happens when I exceed my Free tier limits?
Your monitors continue running, but check intervals pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We’ll email you at 80% capacity so you can scale before any service interruption.
Do you offer refunds or credits for downtime?
Pro users receive automatic service credits based on verified downtime logs. Enterprise contracts include a guaranteed 99.99% SLA with explicit financial credits and a dedicated incident response team.
